After graduating from Indiana University Academy of Culinary Arts School, I began working and developing my cooking style in the deep south. I wanted to combine the great southern cooking style with some of my favorite family recipes. After 10 years of working in the industry, I decided I wanted to start my own business locally. With lots of help from the family we are able to bring great food to people just about anywhere! Our goal is to use the best local ingredients for big flavors that don't break the bank. The food trailer is a family affair with the whole crew pitching in to bring you a great meal!

When my sister came up with the idea for Little Sister's Big Rig I jumped at the opportunity to work with her. I'm not a chef, but I use skills learned during my military service to help her out and get the job done. I sincerely hope you enjoy the food as much as we all do.
